We're not insulation salespeople, we're home energy efficiency specialists. 20+ years diagnosing exactly why your bills are too high, and fixing the real cause.
Most North Texas homes are losing energy through four places at once: air infiltration, leaky HVAC ducts, under-insulated attics, and solar heat gain through unscreened windows.
Most contractors only fix the one they specialize in. We diagnose the whole system, then prioritize the fixes that actually move the needle on your bills. That's the difference between paying an insulation contractor and hiring a home energy efficiency expert.
Start with a Free Energy AuditEvery Complete Insulation project starts with diagnosing the problem, then we apply the right tool from this list. Most clients need a combination of two or three. None of these are upsells; they're the actual fixes.

Reviews from clients who hired Complete Insulation for honest diagnostics and premium-quality installs across the DFW metro.
"Dustin walked through our whole house with a thermal camera before he quoted anything. Three other companies just measured the attic. He found a massive air leak behind a knee wall nobody else looked at. Our July bill dropped almost 40% the first month."
"We were quoted closed-cell spray foam by another company for our whole attic. Dustin told us we only needed it in two specific areas and could use blown insulation everywhere else for a third of the price. Most contractors would have taken the bigger job. That's why I trust him."
"Twenty years in our Weatherford ranch and we never realized our HVAC ducts were leaking a quarter of the air. Complete Insulation sealed every joint and added solar screens on the west side. Best money we've spent on the house."
"He doesn't talk to you like a salesman. He talks to you like the guy who's actually going to do the work, because he is. Honest, knowledgeable, and our home is quieter and more comfortable than it's ever been."
"We had three insulation quotes. Complete Insulation was not the cheapest. But Dustin was the only one who explained what was actually causing our upstairs to be 8 degrees warmer than downstairs. He fixed it. Period."
"After our energy audit, Dustin gave us a prioritized list of what to do this year, what to do next year, and what wasn't worth doing. Nobody else gave us a roadmap. We've been chipping away at it and our bills keep dropping."
The questions we hear most, answered honestly, with no salesy hedging.
Open-cell spray foam is lighter (about half a pound per cubic foot), flexible, and excellent for interior walls and attics. It's R-3.5 to R-3.8 per inch.
Closed-cell is denser (about two pounds per cubic foot), rigid, has a much higher R-value per inch (R-6.5 to R-7), adds structural strength, and acts as both vapor and air barrier. It's the right call for exterior walls, crawl spaces, metal buildings, and any area exposed to bulk water.
Most homes we audit in North Texas are losing 20–35% of their heating and cooling energy to fixable problems. Customers who follow our audit recommendations typically see monthly energy bills drop 15–30%, and the audit + fixes pay for themselves in 3–5 years.
The audit itself is free when you book follow-up work with us.
For most North Texas homes, yes, but not always. Spray foam outperforms fiberglass by 40–60% in real-world conditions because it air-seals as it insulates. If you're planning to stay in the home long-term, spray foam in the right places pays back through utility savings, comfort, and reduced HVAC wear.
Because we do the diagnosis other contractors skip, we use premium materials other contractors avoid, and we have 20 years of expertise other crews don't.
A cheaper insulation contractor will quote you what you asked for. We'll quote you what your home actually needs.
Yes, significantly. Solar window screens block 80–90% of solar heat gain at the glass. In a typical North Texas home, solar gain is 30–40% of summer cooling load. Screens cost a fraction of replacing windows and pay back through reduced cooling bills within a few summers.
An energy audit is a half-day. An attic spray foam job is typically one to two days. Air sealing alone is usually a day. Solar window screens are installed in a few hours per home. We minimize disruption, most jobs you barely notice we're there.

For larger projects, yes, we can recommend financing partners who specialize in energy efficiency improvements. Many homeowners structure the project so monthly utility savings cover most of the monthly payment.
